Hey Diabetes Warrior! I am Zoë Nzimande, your cultuReD Diabetes Educator, and partner in diabetes management.

At Fear Not Food Nutrition Counseling, we specialize in diabetes management by developing practical diet and exercise habits.  Our approach includes personalized nutrition counseling for diabetes management, and helping you implement diabetes-friendly meal prep techniques that align with your lifestyle and health goals.

I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a passion for making nutrition enjoyable, accessible, and deeply personal. With a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Nutrition and a Master's in Nutrition and Wellness, I combine my love of food with expert guidance to help you manage diabetes—without giving up the flavors you cherish.
